Braden Harmon

Braden Harmon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at Newmark since March 1998, Braden has also held the position of Director at Berkeley Point Capital, a multifamily agency lender, from March 1998 until September 2022. Prior to this, Braden worked as a Municipal Bond Trader at Fidelity Investments from January 1993 to February 1998. Braden holds an MBA in Business from the SMU Cox School of Business, completed in 1997, and a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were undertaken from 1988 to 1992.
