Brendan McBreen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily real estate and credit underwriting. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director and Head of Credit at Newmark since October 2021, Brendan previously held multiple leadership roles at Freddie Mac from January 2013 to October 2021, including Senior Director and Production Manager. Earlier career experiences include Vice President at PNC Real Estate and associate positions at RBS Greenwich Capital and Washington Mutual, Inc.
