Chad Braden

Chad Braden currently serves as a Senior Research Analyst at Newmark, having started in September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst at Colliers International from January 2019 to September 2023 and at CBRE from January 2018 to December 2018. Early career experience includes an operations position at T. Parker Host, Inc. from August 2014 to April 2017, where Chad acted as a liaison for vessel operations, and leadership roles in the finance department at Butterfly Swiss from January 2013 to May 2014, where Chad was a founding member of a non-profit focused on sustainable social change. Additionally, Chad demonstrated customer service skills as a Campus Representative for American Campus Company while engaging with students at Virginia Tech, and as a Senior Deckhand at Rover Marine, Inc., responsible for customer interactions. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Tech (2010-2014).
