Charles McGrath is an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Philadelphia office, where they provide comprehensive guidance throughout the acquisition and sales processes, with a focus on industrial and office real estate investments. Prior to joining Newmark in 2024, McGrath served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, during which they contributed to significant capital markets transactions across several states. McGrath's extensive experience also includes 17 years leading the Northeast Office of MRP Realty, managing substantial real estate portfolios, and developing projects across major cities. They earned a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and were honored with the American Institute of Architects Henry Adams Certificate of Merit.
