Chris Jankins is an accomplished senior leader with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 25 years specializing in the Science and Technology sector. They have a proven track record in project management, team leadership, and laboratory construction, successfully delivering numerous projects in the Greater Boston area. Having partnered with major life sciences organizations such as Amgen and MIT, Chris has contributed to projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, demonstrating strong technical expertise and MEP knowledge in executing multimillion-dollar facilities, cleanrooms, and BSL-3 laboratories. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager at Newmark, following a series of leadership roles including Principal Director at Avison Young.
