Chris Murphy

Chris Murphy is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice Chairman at Newmark since January 2020. Previously, Chris held the position of Managing Director at JLL for a brief period from July 2019 to January 2020 and at HFF from February 2015 to July 2019. Prior to these roles, Chris was Vice President at TRT Holdings, Inc. from October 2011 to February 2015. Chris also worked at HFF as a Senior Analyst between July 2008 and September 2011, and served as a Leasing Representative at Duke Realty Corporation from July 2007 to April 2008. Chris began a career in consulting with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting from July 2006 to July 2007. Academic credentials include a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and attendance at Benet Academy.
