Christopher Carver

Christopher Carver is an experienced executive in the field of valuation and advisory, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director and Head of APAC Valuation & Advisory at Newmark since January 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher held several key positions at Cushman & Wakefield, including Managing Director and Executive Director, overseeing valuations and consulting in South East Asia from January 2017 to September 2022. Christopher’s career at JLL spanned from 2002 to 2016, during which important roles included National Director of Regional Valuations for Asia and National Director of Strategic Consulting for Hong Kong. Christopher began professional experience at JLL within the capital markets and advisory sectors. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics obtained from Western Sydney University between 1999 and 2001.
