Christopher Mullarkey

Christopher Mullarkey has extensive experience in facilities management, real estate, and business ownership. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Newmark since November 2022, Christopher also operates Mullarkey Handyman Services, a role held since July 2013. Prior experience includes working as a Professional Realtor and Assistant Appraiser at Central Realty Services LLC and Hadfield Property Appraisals, Inc. from September 2010 to November 2022, where customer satisfaction was a key focus. Earlier, Christopher was the Owner/Operator of Spacewalk of Montgomery County from January 2004 to January 2009, specializing in inflatable amusement rentals, and served as Branch Manager at Enterprise Car Sales from January 1995 to March 1998, leading a top-performing branch in Philadelphia. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 1992, and completed secondary education at Archbishop John Carroll from 1983 to 1987.
