Chuck Christensen

Chuck Christensen is the Executive Managing Director at Newmark, where they lead a team responsible for multifamily debt placement across the United States. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Chuck began their career as a Controller at August Financial and later served as CFO at Bankers Mutual, enhancing their expertise in multifamily finance. They co-founded Arbor Oaks Vineyard, a family-owned vineyard that also operates Airbnb rentals. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and previously held senior positions at Berkadia, Walker & Dunlop, and Capital One Multifamily Finance.
