Colin Cross

Colin Cross currently serves as Vice Chairman at Newmark, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Colin was Managing Director at Lument from April 2020 to February 2023, which was formed through the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with ORIX Real Estate Capital brands. From February 2017 to April 2020, Colin held the title of Director - Originations at Hunt Real Estate Capital. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President - Originations at Hunt Mortgage Group between February 2012 and February 2017, and various roles including Loan Officer, Underwriter, and Production Analyst at Walker & Dunlop from April 2008 to February 2012. Colin is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin and The Lovett School.
