Dain Fedora

Dain Fedora is the Head of Southwest Research at Newmark, specializing in business development, management, project coordination, public speaking, and writing. Previously, Dain served as the Director of Research for Southern California at Newmark and held the position of Research Manager for JLL's Americas Industrial sector. With a background in research and marketing management at Grubb & Ellis, Dain has contributed significantly to market analysis and client relationship strategies throughout their career. Dain holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and English from the University of Redlands and an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts.
