Daniel Duarte

Daniel Duarte is a Managing Director at Newmark with a focus on corporate real estate and finance strategies, specializing in complex financial solutions and mid-lease term optimization for industrial and office users. Previously, Daniel served as a Corporate Tenant Advisor and in financial services, where strategic planning for headquarters and facility portfolios was a key responsibility. Daniel's experience includes modeling discounted cash flows and developing financial strategies tailored to clients' requirements, particularly for public companies and non-profits. Prior roles included serving as a Finance Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP, conducting feasibility studies for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties, and as an REO Specialist at McCalla Raymer/Prommis Solutions, managing high-volume real estate transactions. Daniel holds a BA in International Business and Real Estate, as well as a minor in Spanish, from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
