Daniel Sarsfield

Daniel Sarsfield has extensive experience in the commercial real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a Director and Vice President at Newmark since January 2017. This role follows Newmark's transition from Berkeley Point Capital LLC, where Sarsfield held the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Spring11, LLC, specializing in commercial real estate due diligence and asset valuation, as well as roles at Greystone & Co. and Walker & Dunlop, where Sarsfield focused on CMBS originations and asset management respectively. Early career highlights include positions at the U.S. House of Representatives and as Field Director for Congressman Castle in Delaware. Sarsfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Policy from Dickinson College.
