Dave Martel

Dave Martel is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in management and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since October 2015, Martel has previously held significant roles, including Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield from 2003 to October 2015 and Partner at Spaulding & Slye Colliers from March 1993 to March 2003. Martel began a career in real estate as a Leasing Representative at Jaymont Properties Inc. from 1987 to 1990. Educationally, Martel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from Providence College, earned between 1980 and 1984.
