David Behin

David Behin, Esq. is an established professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director of Brooklyn Capital Markets at Newmark since May 2016. As the President of The Behin Group since 2011, David Behin oversees operations as the owner, while also having notable experience as a partner and president at MNS from 2009 to May 2016, where responsibilities included investment sales and advisory for development projects. David Behin was also the CEO and co-founder of CityFunders from 2014 to 2015 and contributed as a partner at The Developers Group from 2003 to 2009, focusing on new development consulting. Earlier roles included founding Yadayada.com, an independent wireless ISP, and working as a legal assistant in intellectual property at various firms. David Behin holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Marketing from Adelphi University.
