David Dolan

David Dolan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales, development, and tenant representation. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Newmark since September 2012, David oversees the Philadelphia-based Capital Markets Group, managing investment sales across various property types in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Prior to this role, David held the position of Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where expertise was demonstrated in market leadership and equity raising. Earlier roles include Principal at Hayden Real Estate Investments, VP of Development and Acquisitions at O'Neill Properties, and Senior Vice President at both CBRE and Grubb & Ellis. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Stockton University.
