David Douvadjian, Sr. is currently the Vice-Chairman of Debt & Structured Finance at Newmark, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Executive Vice President, Managing Partner, and Co-Head of the Capital Markets Group at Colliers International in Boston from 1983 to 2015, and as the Head of Mortgage Banking for New England at Newmark Knight Frank from 2016 to 2023. David holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from McGill University. They also graduated from Deerfield Academy with a diploma in College Prep.
