David Kluth

David Kluth is an accomplished commercial real estate broker currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark since March 2013. Prior to this position, Kluth held the role of Executive Vice President and Managing Director at DTZ from August 2007 to February 2013, and was also an Executive Managing Director at Studley from July 1989 to June 2007. Kluth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA, where education was completed from 1985 to 1989, and graduated from St. Francis High School in 1984.
