David Stein

David Stein possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, having held various leadership positions across multiple organizations. Notably, David served as Vice President at Metropolitan Funding Corp from September 1996 to March 2005, specializing in CMBS and HUD/FHA originations. Following this, David held the role of Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer Multifamily Housing & Healthcare Finance, Inc. from June 2009 to August 2015, focusing on multifamily and healthcare property financing. David's career also includes a Vice President position at Deutsche Bank AG from April 2005 to July 2008 and subsequent roles at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage and PGIM Real Estate Finance, culminating in the positions of Director at PGIM Real Estate Finance and Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate until January 2025. Currently, David serves as Senior Managing Director at Newmark. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University between 1988 and 1992.
