Derek Lichtfuss

Derek Lichtfuss holds the position of Managing Director at Newmark, where responsibilities encompass a strong focus on Industrial and Office Sales & Leasing, resulting in over 150 transactions totaling over 5 million square feet. Recognized as a Top Producer by the Columbus Board of Realtors and Newmark Columbus Office in 2021, Derek Lichtfuss has extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment services, and consulting. In addition to real estate, Derek Lichtfuss has contributed to youth sports as a Boys Lacrosse Coach at Columbus Academy and previously as Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Thomas Worthington High School. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
