Doni Greenwald

Doni Greenwald, MAI, is a First Vice President at Newmark, having joined the firm in September 2017 following its acquisition of several affiliates of Integra Realty Resources. Prior to this role, Doni served as Director at Integra Realty Resources from November 2004 to August 2017, where responsibilities included a wide range of appraisal and consulting assignments across various property types such as office buildings, medical facilities, and mixed-use properties. Academically, Doni holds an MBA with a focus on Seniors Housing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, earned between 2002 and 2004, and an MA in Talmud from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, completed in 2004.
