Drew Weiss has extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Director at Newmark since September 2013, after holding the role of Associate Director. Notable transactions include representing Fosun in significant leases with Alamo Drafthouse and Legends Food Hall at 28 Liberty, as well as other major deals for Benenson Capital and ownership at the Ansonia. Additionally, Drew has facilitated Blue Bottle Coffee's expansion across New York City. Prior to Newmark, Drew was a Commercial Real Estate Broker at JDF Realty from September 2007 to August 2013 and gained early experience as an intern at Ripken Baseball in 2007, assisting with the sports memorabilia business. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland.
