Dwayne Shoop

Dwayne Shoop possesses extensive experience in building engineering and facility management, currently serving as Chief Building Engineer at Newmark since May 2017, overseeing operations for a newly constructed 220,000 sqft Class A office building in the Denver Tech Center. Prior to this role, Dwayne was Chief Portfolio Engineer at Tolin Mechanical from June 2014 to June 2017, managing a team to support three national office facilities for Catholic Health Initiatives. Dwayne also held the position of Lead Engineer at Lexington-MKP for a 165,000 sqft project and at Means Knaus Partners, where day-to-day operations of HVAC and mechanical systems were managed for 178,000 sqft of commercial space. Earlier experience includes being a Building Engineer at Trammell Crow Company, responsible for HVAC and maintenance operations for a 113,000 sqft area, and serving as Maintenance Supervisor at PL Management for a 436-unit Class A apartment building in Cherry Creek, Colorado.
