Eileen Busel

Eileen Busel, CPA, is the Managing Director at Newmark, bringing over 25 years of experience in FHA new construction and refinance solutions. Previously, Eileen served as Director at Greystone and held leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer at Levitt Capital Management and Chief Underwriter at Metropolitan Funding Corp. Eileen has been instrumental in closing over 300 transactions, totaling more than $5 billion in FHA and CMBS debt. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance at NYU Stern School of Business, Eileen resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with a family that includes two sons and a new puppy, Archie.
