Eric Roth

Eric Roth serves as the Senior Managing Director at Newmark since November 2023, following a notable tenure as Senior Director of Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2015 to November 2023. In that role, Eric developed and maintained relationships with investment funds, REITs, and private investors in the New York City real estate market, and conducted market analyses for over two thousand properties. Previous experiences include an investment sales position at Massey Knakal Realty Services, where Eric prepared Opinion of Value presentations, and an internship in the accounting department at Argo Real Estate. Eric began a career in professional tennis as the Assistant Head Tennis Pro at Pelham Country Club, planning and supervising youth tennis programs. Eric holds a degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 2015.
