Eric Shea

Eric Shea, SIOR, is a seasoned professional in industrial real estate leasing and sales, currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since 2006, after holding the title of Director. With extensive experience, Eric was a Senior Vice President at Continental Realty from September 2006 to October 2016, and previously held Vice President roles at Welsh Companies and Pizzuti Realty, focusing on industrial brokerage. As a member of the exclusive Global Supply Chain Solutions group, Eric also possesses the esteemed Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. Educational background includes attendance at The Ohio State University and Lake Catholic High School from 1982 to 1985.
