Garrett Cannon

Garrett Cannon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate and workplace strategy, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director of Global Corporate Services at Newmark since January 2021. Previously, Cannon held roles at Bridgewater Associates as Vice President of Real Estate and Workplace Strategy, focusing on enhancing workplace experience to attract top talent. Prior to that, Cannon was the Executive Managing Director at Colliers, overseeing Occupier Solutions operations. Additional leadership positions have included Global VP/GM roles at CBRE and Johnson Controls, where Cannon managed corporate real estate services and technology for global portfolios. As the founder of Sequentra Solutions LLC, Cannon pioneered Corporate Real Estate Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and served in various leadership capacities at United Systems Integrators and CB Richard Ellis early in the career. Educationally, Cannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
