Garth Hogan

Garth Hogan is an Executive Managing Director in Healthcare at Newmark, with 35 years of experience in advising health systems, hospitals, physician groups, investors, and healthcare REITs on complex real estate and compliance workouts. Prior to Newmark, Garth served as the National Director of the Healthcare Properties Group and Senior Vice President at Grubb and Ellis Company from April 2010 to May 2012. From January 1991 to March 2010, Garth was the President of Medical Realty Advisors, a small medical real estate company specializing in services for the healthcare industry and medical office building owners. Garth is an alumnus of the University of Utah, having completed studies from 1984 to 1988.
