Hamish Smith

Hamish Smith is the Co-Head of Data Centres for Europe at Newmark, where they currently serve as a Partner. With extensive experience in the real estate industry across the UK and EMEA, Hamish has held previous roles as Director at JLL and Associate Director at SMART4, where they focused on enhancing financial returns for clients through strategic real estate project management. They earned a Master of Science in Real Estate with Distinction from London South Bank University and a degree in Politics and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.
