Heidi Marrin

Heidi Marrin is a seasoned real estate finance professional with extensive experience in closing management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since May 1996, Heidi has been integral to the company's evolution, particularly following the merger of ARA Newmark and Berkeley Point Capital in October 2018. Prior roles include Vice President and Closing Department Manager at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage from October 2004 to February 2013, Director and Head of Closing at Berkeley Point Capital from February 2013 to October 2018, and Assistant Vice President, Senior Closing Officer at Berkshire Mortgage Finance from April 2000 to October 2004.
