Helene Jacobson is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in valuation and appraisal. Since January 2017, Helene has served as Executive Managing Director and National Valuation Co-Lead at Newmark, where responsibilities involve driving the development of a new valuation practice through innovative technology. Prior to Newmark, Helene held the position of Senior Managing Director at CBRE from February 1992 to December 2016, focusing on quality control, appraisal review, and business development for the tri-state region. Earlier in the career, Helene worked as a Bank Examiner at the Office of Thrift Supervision, leading a team in the analysis of real estate transactions and financial operations for savings and loan institutions.
