Jake Ramage, MBA, MAI, is a Senior Vice President and MAI commercial real estate appraiser at Newmark Valuation & Advisory in Philadelphia, where they focus on the Self-Storage and Marina & Shipyard Specialty Practices. They previously founded and served as CEO of Snapbox Self Storage, leading its growth into one of the fastest-growing self-storage companies before merging with Go Store It Self Storage. Ramage has also held key roles at Ernst & Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers International, with extensive experience appraising various property types, particularly self-storage facilities.
