JC Asensio

JC Asensio is an Executive Managing Director and co-leader of the Corporate Capital Markets practice at Newmark, where they provide advisory and execution services for a variety of capital markets solutions. Since joining Newmark in 2019, JC has been recognized as an industry expert in complex sale leaseback, build-to-suit, and net lease transactions, successfully structuring over $14 billion in transaction volume across 47 states and nine countries. Prior to this role, JC held positions at CBRE, including Financial Analyst, Wheel Program Associate, and First Vice President, where they contributed to over $7.5 billion in real estate corporate finance solutions. JC also served as a Law Clerk for the President of the Florida Bar Association early in their career and earned a degree from the University of Miami.
