Jeff Barnwell is a Vice President within Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance division, based in Dallas. They are responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of student housing and conventional assets, ensuring top-tier financing solutions nationwide. Previously, Jeff worked at KPMG, where they served as both an Audit Senior Associate and an Audit Associate, focusing on clients in the commercial real estate sector. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
