Jim Clark

Jim Clark is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as the Executive Managing Director at Newmark since October 2016, Jim has been instrumental in overseeing Columbus operations and managing profit and loss responsibilities. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Vice President at Continental Real Estate Companies, securing new development projects and acquisitions since November 2014. Jim's career at Duke Realty Corporation spanned from 1996 to 2014, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President, where Jim managed high-value portfolios exceeding $750 million and successfully negotiated key deals, including a significant joint venture for industrial land development. Jim holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services from Boston University and a BA in Public Relations from The Ohio State University.
