Jim Cooksey

Jim Cooksey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in tenant representation and real estate services. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and President of Tenant Representation for Texas at Newmark since July 2018, Jim has built a successful career following a long tenure at Jackson Cooksey, where Jim held the positions of President and Owner from January 1982 until January 2018. Jim's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, as well as completed coursework for a Master's degree in Public Administration from North Texas State University in Denton.
