Jim Linn

Jim Linn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the industrial capital markets sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Newmark Knight Frank since February 2019, Jim specializes in the West Region. Additionally, Jim has held the position of President for the West Region at Talos Capital since August 2016. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Investments at CenterPoint Properties from 2008 to February 2016 and Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from November 1991 to August 2008. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
