Jim Young is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, where they originate and manage investment sales transactions, focusing on new business development, pricing strategies, and negotiations. Since 2010, Jim has participated in over 200 transactions, representing more than $2 billion in multifamily real estate in Central Texas. Jim's career includes roles at Houston Income Properties and National Apartments Advisors before joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2014. They earned a BA in Political Science from Baylor University and are currently pursuing further education at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
