John Lower

John Lower, LEED AP, currently serves as Portfolio Chief Engineer at Newmark since April 2021, having previously held the position of Chief Engineer at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts from March 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, John acted as Director of Operations at John Madden Company and held various positions in facilities management, including Service Supervisor at Carrier Corporation and Operations Manager at EMCOR Facilities Services. With extensive experience in managing engineering teams, project management, budget oversight, and facilities assessment, John has a notable history of improving operational efficiency across diverse property types. Education includes a degree in FAA Airframe/Powerplant Mechanics from Colorado Aero Tech and a diploma from Northglenn Senior High School.
