John P. Walsh

John P. Walsh, MAI, MRICS, is the Senior Vice President of Valuation & Advisory at Newmark, where they leverage over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate valuation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over their career, John has valued more than $100 billion in real estate, specializing in a wide range of property types including affordable housing, educational facilities, and multi-family units. Prior to Newmark, they held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and The Pacific Bank, and worked as an Associate at Hamilton, Ricci & Associates. John earned an MBA from Golden Gate University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University.
