Joleen Shuda

Joleen Shuda possesses extensive experience in lease administration and property management, currently serving in a lease administration role at Newmark since July 2021. Prior to this position, Joleen held various roles, including office manager and development coordinator at Hillwood, as well as manager of lease administration at Party City. Joleen's career at Verizon Wireless spanned multiple roles over several years, advancing from a direct contracts specialist to a network real estate specialist, real estate senior analyst, and ultimately serving as a paralegal/contract administrator. Joleen's educational background includes a certificate in project management from Cornell University, paralegal studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Bachelor of Humanities and Business with a minor in Women's Studies from Penn State University, and an associate's degree from Northampton Community College.
