Jonathan Fanuzzi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Newmark since March 2022, Fanuzzi previously held key leadership positions at JLL, including Managing Director and Executive Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing leasing strategies for clients in the New York City office. Prior to that, Fanuzzi was Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank from January 1999 to December 2011. Jonathan Fanuzzi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Scranton, earned between 1993 and 1997, and graduated from Kellenberg Memorial High School in June 1993.
