Joseph Pasquarella

Joseph Pasquarella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Newmark since September 2017, Joseph specializes in the valuation of major institutional investment properties and developments. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Senior Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources in Philadelphia for 37 years, and held senior analyst positions at H. Bruce Thompson & Associates, Inc., and Prudential Insurance Co. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Valuation and Investment Analysis from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
