Josh Berg

Josh Berg is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate tenant and owner representation, particularly in the leasing of office space throughout the New York metropolitan area. Currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark since September 2014, Josh has progressively advanced through various roles including Director, Associate Director, and Associate. Responsibilities include supporting tenant representation teams with site selection, market research, lease review and negotiations, due diligence, transaction support, and identifying new space opportunities. Prior experience includes an Associate position at JRT Realty Group, Inc. and a role in Production and A&R at Warner Music Group. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, completed in 2013, and is an alumnus of Horace Greeley High School, graduating in 2009.
