Josh Francis

Josh Francis is a seasoned professional in the field of finance, currently serving as Director of Debt & Structured Finance in Capital Markets at Newmark since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at JLL from July 2019 to May 2021, and at HFF from February 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Josh held the position of Associate at Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital from June 2014 to January 2018. Early career experience includes a Summer Intern position at Garrison Investment Group in 2013, where work involved modeling and analysis within the Structured Finance team, and an internship at Lincoln Property Company in the summer of 2012. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, graduated in 2014.
