Josh Malka is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate and capital markets sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since October 2012, where Josh has played a key role in expanding the Loan Sales division. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Managing Director at Helios Capital Advisors, where expertise was demonstrated in advisory services for commercial mortgage loans, REO assets, and investment properties across multiple states, achieving over $1 billion in trade volume. Josh's career includes roles at The MAR Group, ING Real Estate Finance LLC, Arbor Realty Trust, and MSM Realty, complemented by a robust educational background with an MBA and a Juris Doctorate focused on Real Estate Law.
