Joshua Pater is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years of experience in real estate, specializing in the Industrial and Warehousing markets, particularly within the Urban Logistics and e-commerce sectors. Currently, Joshua serves as a Partner and Head of the London & SE Logistics and Industrial Agency at Newmark. Throughout their career, they have advised diverse clients on expansion and efficiency strategies, successfully managing projects such as the acquisition of National Distribution Centres totaling 900,000 sq. ft. and the re-purposing of retail properties for Urban Logistics facilities in London.
