Kenneth Cox

Kenneth Cox is a seasoned professional in the self-storage and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice Chairman at Newmark since January 2023. Prior to this, Kenneth held the position of Executive Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from July 2013 to January 2024, where Kenneth also served as Senior Managing Director. With a robust background in self-storage brokerage, Kenneth was the Owner of Memphis Storage Group from May 2007 to May 2013 and held the role of Senior Vice President/Partner at Jernigan Property Group LLC from February 2004 to May 2007. Kenneth's career began at Storage USA, where responsibilities included acquisitions from March 1996 to February 2004.
