Kyle Ebert

Kyle Ebert is a Capital Markets Analyst at Newmark, part of the Harmon/Spies Capital Markets Team since November 2023. Previously, Kyle served as a Valuation Analyst at National Valuation Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing income-producing properties, performing valuations, and conducting feasibility analyses under the supervision of a MAI-designated appraiser. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate, focusing on data collection and demographic analysis for appraisal reports, and internships at Skae Power Solutions and RailWorks Corporation, where Kyle gained expertise in financial modeling, cost analysis, and data analytics. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin & Marshall College and completed secondary education at Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
