Kyle J. Grenon

Kyle J. Grenon is an Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Newmark, where responsibilities include managing multifamily loan products and leading a team of Originators and Origination Analysts. Previously, they served as an Associate Underwriter at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and held roles at MassHousing and Capital One, focusing on relationship management and underwriting. Currently pursuing an MBA at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, Kyle holds a B.B.A. from Bryant University. They are passionate about driving growth and enhancing relationships to support affordable housing initiatives throughout the Commonwealth.
